I was a little reluctant to order chairs online, sight unseen. Especially from Toronto and I am in Alberta. However, I finally found the style I was looking for, at a much lower price than other retailers. I couldn't decide between 2 styles, but the very quick assistance with the online chat, helped me make a decision between the 2. My chairs arrived in perfect condition, each wrapped in a fabric protector bag, and the legs were individually bubble wrapped, and hidden in a hidden zippered area under each chair. We love them, they are plush and look great in the space! . All went well after. I would order from Kraftsmen Furniture again for sure.
I was hesitant to order this much furniture on line ( having never seen it in person). I am Incredibly happy and pleasantly surprised at the look and quality of my 2 chairs & ottoman. The velvet is exactly the colour as seen on line and very luxurious looking, and feels great! I had my family over this weekend and everyone raved about how comfortable the chairs were and how fabulous all the pieces look!
I love this chair almost as much as Canberra sofa. Super comfy and cozy and deep, will be my perfect reading chair. Its almost a chair and a half, especially if you take off the bolsters. Love the velvet.
One word - Wow - the entire experience was amazing. I ordered a pair of these chairs over a holiday weekend and they were here by Friday. Point A to B delivery was amazing - he called the day they came in and made the delivery that day and he was courteous and polite. Chairs were well packed arrived in great condition. The chairs are super comfy - great for lounging and reading in.
